Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer success team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't work for you.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original containers and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping them back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
